- Cold water
- Boiling water
- Pasta
Directions
Cook the pasta in a large stockpot of generously salted boiling water until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain the pasta, then rinse it under cold water for about 20-30 seconds, just until it is no longer hot. Add the pasta to a large serving bowl and toss it with the remaining ingredients until evenly combined. Serve right away, or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
