Apple Maple Citrus Mocktail

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Seedlip Spice 94
• 2 ounces apple cider
• 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce maple syrup
• 1 cup ice
• 1 orange peel twist, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine the Seedlip Spice 94, apple cider, orange juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the ice, seal the shaker, and shake until the outside feels very cold.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or small cocktail glass. Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in or rest it on the rim.
