Cranberry Mojito Mocktail
A sparkling cranberry mint cooler with lime and cinnamon orange syrup for a festive, refreshing sip.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 strips orange zest
- 8 fresh or frozen cranberries
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 ounce cinnamon orange syrup
- 2 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
- Ice
- 3 to 4 ounces chilled club soda
- 1 fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, and orange zest in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then lower the heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Let the syrup cool, strain it, and refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a sturdy glass or shaker, gently muddle the cranberries, mint leaves, and lime wedges just until the cranberries split and the lime releases its juice.
- Add the cinnamon orange syrup, cranberry juice, and a handful of ice. Shake or stir well until the drink is cold.
- Pour everything into a tall glass, including the ice and fruit, then top with chilled club soda. Stir lightly and garnish with the mint sprig.
