Apple Pie Moonshine
Apple cider, juice, warm sugars and cinnamon steep with grain alcohol and rum for a spiced apple drink with plenty of cozy punch.

Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon Apple Cider
- 1/2 gallon Apple Juice
- 3/4 C granulated sugar
- 3/4 C light brown sugar
- 750 ml bottle of EverClear or Grain Alcohol
- 1 1/2 C Rum
- 4-8 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2-3 Quart Sized Mason Jars with lids
Directions
- Combine everything except the alcohol in a large stock pot, then heat the mixture until it reaches a boil. Stir as it warms so the sugars melt fully into the cider and juice.
- Take the pot off the heat and allow the mixture to come down to room temperature. When it has cooled, mix in the alcohol.
- Transfer the moonshine into clean mason jars, then tuck 1-2 cinnamon sticks into each jar. For quart size mason jars, add 2 cinnamon sticks.
- Close the jars tightly and store them in the fridge or in a cool, dark room. For the best flavor, let the jars sit for about 2 weeks before drinking.
