Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
A cool, creamy ranch dip folded with sharp cheddar, green onions and crisp bacon for an easy snack-board centerpiece.

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, 9 oz cooked until crisp, cooled and crumbled into bits
- 1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing Mix
- 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh vegetables and crackers, for serving
Directions
- Put the Neufchatel cheese in a medium mixing bowl, then beat it with an electric hand mixer until it looks smooth. Spoon in the sour cream and blend again until the mixture is even.
- Add the dressing mix, cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon, then stir and fold everything together until the dip is thoroughly combined. If you want a little cheddar, green onion and bacon scattered over the top, hold some back before folding the rest into the dip.
- Serve the dip with vegetables and crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
