Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced, 1 Tbsp
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary, optional
- 4 steaks
Directions
- Whisk the balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, pepper and rosemary in a mixing bowl until the mixture looks smooth and combined.
- Set the steak inside a gallon size resealable bag. Add the marinade, close the bag, and gently push out any extra air as you seal it. Put the bag in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and as long as 8 hours.
- Heat the grill to medium-high. Take the steaks out of the marinade, then grill them until they are cooked the way you like. Move them off the heat and rest for 5 minutes before you slice and serve.
