Ingredients
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
Directions
- Add the Chinese five spice powder, dry sherry, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce to a medium bowl. Mix until everything is evenly blended.

- Take the pan off the heat and allow the sauce to cool before you serve it or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to 1 week.
