Ingredients
- 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
Directions
Place the blue cheese in a medium bowl, then add the sour cream and buttermilk. Stir in Worcestershire sauce next, then the garlic, the lemon juice, the salt, the pepper, and the mustard powder, mixing until everything is evenly combined. Spoon the sauce into an airtight container and tuck it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes so the flavors can settle in together. Use it right away, or keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
