I took these photos a few weeks ago, so you can see that I’m still in clutch-covering-my-midsection mode. 🙂
I’ve paired these Foster Grant sunglasses a lot with color and neutrals, but now that fall is rolling around (it was 55 degrees in Houston this weekend! except I was in Miami, where it was 88, oops…) I’m gravitating towards a lot of black and white. There’s something so chic and classic about a simple black and white pairing, and it’s the perfect way to work in my favorite other trends, like leather embellishments (swoon).
It’s funny: when I first got these sunglasses, I fell totally in love with them, but I figured they were a bit of a novelty, with the pink frames and mirrored lenses. But as the months (and seasons) have gone on and I keep reaching for them, I think they’ve fully achieved ‘classic’ status at this point. I wear them as much as my Chanel pair (probably more, honestly), and they were literally pennies in comparison! It’s the best feeling when you find a bargain that turns into a total wardrobe staple, and these were absolutely my favorite summer find.
