Easy Red and Green Fruit Salad
A colorful mix of grapes, raspberries, and kiwi gets a creamy vanilla yogurt dressing for a quick, refreshing fruit salad.
Prep 10 min · Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
- 1 cup green grapes, cut in half lengthwise if they're large
- 6 oz. raspberries
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions
- Rinse the grapes if they need it, then blot them well with paper towels. If any grapes are especially large, slice them in half. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized chunks.
- Add the grapes, raspberries, and kiwi to a bowl, and fold them together gently. For the Greek yogurt dressing, whisk the yogurt with the agave nectar and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon on as much dressing as you like and fold carefully, stopping before the fruit gets too mashed. It is fine if a few raspberries break down a bit, since their juices will flavor the dressing.
- Chill the salad if you would like. It can sit in the refrigerator for a day or two, though the texture is nicest soon after it is assembled. Blueberries, blackberries, plums, or red grapes also work well here.
