Hurricane Mocktail

Ingredients

• 2 ounces passion fruit nectar
• 2 ounces orange juice
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• 1 teaspoon molasses
• 3 ounces chilled ginger beer
• Crushed ice
• Orange slice, for garnish
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions

1. Add the passion fruit nectar, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, and molasses to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with crushed ice, seal it, and shake until the outside feels cold.
2. Pour everything, ice included, into a hurricane glass or tall glass. Top with the chilled ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry, then serve right away while the ice is frosty and the bubbles are lively.
