Hibiscus Grapefruit Negroni Mocktail
A bitter, citrusy aperitif mocktail with grapefruit, hibiscus, and Seedlip Grove 42 for a slow-sipping negroni-style drink.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Seedlip Grove 42
- 1 ounce strong brewed hibiscus tea, chilled
- 3/4 ounce ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce red verjus
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1 small pinch kosher salt
- Ice
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Directions
- Add the Seedlip Grove 42, hibiscus tea, grapefruit juice, red verjus, agave nectar, orange blossom water, and salt to a mixing glass or a sturdy measuring cup.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir until the outside feels very cold, about twenty seconds. Taste and adjust with a small splash of grapefruit juice or agave if needed.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Twist the grapefruit peel over the drink to release the oils, then tuck it into the glass.
