Kir Royale Sangria Mocktail
A sparkling berry and peach sangria with black currant, citrus, and plenty of bubbles for a festive alcohol-free pitcher.

Ingredients
- 1 cup black currant juice
- 1/2 cup raspberry juice or raspberry nectar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup, plus more to taste
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sliced peaches or nectarines
- 1 bottle non-alcoholic sparkling wine, chilled
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- Ice, for serving
- Lemon slices or mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the black currant juice, raspberry juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir well, then taste and add a little more simple syrup if the berries are very tart.
- Add the raspberries, blueberries, and sliced peaches. Chill the pitcher for at least 30 minutes if you have time, so the fruit can lightly flavor the juice.
- Just before serving, pour in the chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine and sparkling water. Stir gently so you do not lose too many bubbles.
- Fill glasses with ice, spoon in some of the fruit, and pour the sangria over the top. Garnish with lemon slices or mint if desired.
