Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed plain potato chips
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1/8 cup coarsely chopped unsalted peanuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the melted butter to a 9 x 13 baking dish, then tilt the dish until the bottom is coated. Tip in the graham cracker crumbs and toss them through the butter until they are well moistened. Smooth the crumbs into an even layer and press them down into the pan.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk across the graham layer, using a spatula to coax it evenly over the surface. Scatter the chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzels, peanuts, coconut and salt over the top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the crust and the outer edges are beginning to color. Let the bars cool, then cut them into squares to serve.
