Lightened Up 15 Minute Sesame Steak Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Egg

Directions

  1. Set a cast iron pan over medium high heat and pour in the oil. When it looks glossy and hot, add the steak and cook it, stirring and turning the pieces, until the outside is seared. Transfer the steak to a plate.
  2. Add another drizzle of oil to the pan, then stir in the garlic. Cook it for 20 seconds, just long enough to wake it up, then add all the vegetables.
  3. While the vegetables cook, whisk the sauce together in a bowl.
  4. Return the steak to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir everything until the steak and vegetables are coated, then lower the heat to medium and let it simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. Serve.
