nyfw: what i wore, day one

Not surprisingly, after a winter of seventy degree Texas weather, I was a little unprepared for New York i February! I stayed a few blocks from Lincoln Center, so I figured my first day, I could handle walking a couple of minutes without a jacket. (Yes, I know, really dumb. Sorry mom!)

But so worth it -- I got snapped by Nylon Magazine for their street style gallery!

But what better way to show off my new favorite purchase -- these hot pink Rag and Bone jeans? I'm obsessed -- I've literally worn them four times in the week since I bought them. I'm also very happy to report that there was plenty of color on the runways for next fall, so this trend won't be going away any time soon!

I'm still sorting through all my pics from the shows, so there's a lot more to come! But I thought it might be fun to start with what I wore the first day, and take it from there. :-)
