Ingredients
- 2 tablepsoons unsalted butter
- 1 recipe Parisian Gnocchi
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Directions
Set an oven rack 6 to 8 inches from the broiler heat, then turn the broiler to high. Warm the butter over medium-high heat in cast iron, using one 12-inch skillet or two 10-inch skillets, until the bubbling settles down and the butter begins to brown. Add the gnocchi, arranging them in a single layer, and turn them through the browned butter. Scatter the cheese over the top, then slide the skillet under the broiler. Let it cook until the gnocchi puff and turn golden brown, about 10 minutes. Finish with the herbs and serve.
