Peach Cherry Lime Sparkler Mocktail

Ingredients

• 1/2 medium ripe peach, sliced
• 4 sweet cherries, pitted
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Demerara syrup
• 2 ounces chilled coconut water
• 2 ounces chilled sparkling water
• Ice
• Peach slice, for garnish

Directions

1. Add the peach slices, cherries, lime juice, and Demerara syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the fruit is juicy and broken down.
2. Add the coconut water and a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into an ice-filled glass.
3. Top with sparkling water and give the drink a gentle stir. Garnish with a peach slice and serve right away.
