Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound ground beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can diced tomatoes

3 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend

1/4 cup red wine

1 bay leaf

8 ounces uncooked spaghetti noodles, broken in half

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in the Italian seasoning blend, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, bay leaf, red wine , salt and pepper. Give everything a good stir to combine. Lock the lid on the pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 8 minutes. When finished cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure. Remove the lid and stir in the spaghetti noodles, making sure they are submerged in liquid as much as possible . Lock the lid back on and set to high pressure for 4 minutes. When finished cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure. Carefully remove the lid and give everything a good stir before serving hot with grated Parmesan cheese if desired!.
