Ingredients
2 cups Mexican pilsner, like Pacifico, Modelo Especial or Tecate
1 cup tomato juice
Approximately 1/4 salt
Approximately 1/4 sugar
Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except the salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the salt and sugar little by little, to taste. Spin in ice cream machine, and enjoy!.
