Olive oil

Pepper

Sea salt

Directions

Drizzle the olive oil around a medium-hot skillet. Add the padron peppers and sauté, stirring and tossing occasionally, until all the peppers are blistering and slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to small plates and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt, then serve.
