Ingredients

1 package of graham cracker crust

2 packages of cream cheese, softened

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tablespoons grated lime zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream for garnish

Directions

In a 9-inch glass pie dish, prepare and blind-bake the whole wheat pie crust according to the directions in the recipe. This can be done up to a week in advance; crust can be held at room temperature if wrapped tightly in plastic.
