Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1 1/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 1/4 Cup Rice Krispies
- 1 Pinch of Salt
- 6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Set a large saucepan over medium heat and warm the sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter, stirring until the mixture is smooth and fully blended. Take the pan off the heat.
- Right away, stir in the salt and cereal until everything is well coated. Mix in the chocolate chips. After about 1 min, add the chopped candy and fold gently but quickly, just enough to distribute it without crushing the pieces.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then scoop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto it. Allow them to cool before eating.
