Smoky Peach Honey Mocktail
A smoky peach and honey mocktail with lemon, tea, and grape juice for a bright, grown-up sip without alcohol.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 3 ripe peach slices, plus more for garnish
- 2 ounces chilled strong brewed lapsang souchong tea
- 1 ounce white grape juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 small pinch smoked salt
- Ice
Directions
- Stir the honey and hot water together in a small cup until smooth, then let the honey syrup cool.
- Muddle the peach slices in a cocktail shaker until juicy. Add the chilled tea, white grape juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, apple cider vinegar, smoked salt, and a handful of ice.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or small cocktail glass, pressing gently on the peach pulp to capture the juice without making the drink cloudy.
- Garnish with a fresh peach slice and serve right away.
