Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail
A bright, bubbly cranberry-orange mocktail with soft vanilla and almond notes for a festive glass without the alcohol.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/8 teaspoon alcohol-free almond flavoring
- 1 bottle chilled non-alcoholic sparkling white wine
- Ice
- Orange twists or fresh cranberries, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Lower the heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the syrup turns ruby red, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, then stir in the vanilla powder and alcohol-free almond flavoring.
- Let the cranberry mixture cool completely, then cover and chill until cold. For a smoother drink, strain out the cranberry skins; for a fruitier drink, leave them in.
- Fill glasses with ice and spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the chilled cranberry mixture into each glass. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling white wine, stir gently, and garnish with an orange twist or a few cranberries.
