Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 2 1/2 cups plain 2% Chobani Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup light agave nectar
Directions
- Put the strawberries in a food processor and blend them until the puree is smooth, stopping once to scrape the bowl so no bits of berry are hiding on the sides.
- Pour the puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a large mixing bowl, pressing it through; if strawberry seeds do not bother you, you can leave this part out.
- Whisk in the plain Greek yogurt and agave nectar until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 30 – 40 minutes, giving it a stir once while it chills.
- Move the cold mixture to an ice cream maker and churn it following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Eat it soft, or spoon it into an airtight container and freeze until semi-firm. If you take it all the way to firm, let it sit at room temperature briefly before you dig in.
