Strawberry Jello Fluff Salad
A chilled strawberry gelatin salad folded with whipped topping, marshmallows and fruit for a creamy, sweet scoop.

- Whisk the pudding mix, Jello mix, and water together in a medium saucepan. Set it over medium heat and cook, whisking, until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Take the pan off the heat and transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl. Press plastic wrap over the bowl, then refrigerate until it has thickened, either overnight or for about 4-6 hours.
- When the mixture is thick, use an electric hand mixer to beat it until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the Cool Whip, marshmallows, and fruit. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
