- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- 8 mandarine oranges, peeled and segmented
- 4 apples
- 4 ripe kiwis peeled and diced
- 4 bananas, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
Directions
- To make the dressing, whisk the lemon juice and sugar in a mixing bowl or jar until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add the olive oil, vegetable oil, and honey, and whisk again until everything comes together smoothly. Stir in the poppy seeds.
- For the salad, place all of the fruit in a salad bowl and toss gently to combine. Pour the dressing over the fruit, then fold everything together carefully so the pieces are coated without getting crushed. Serve right away for the best texture.
