Apple Maple Cider Sparkler Mocktail
A crisp apple maple mocktail with a cinnamon sugar rim and a sparkling cider finish, made for cozy fall sipping.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet apple cider, for rimming
- 2 ounces chilled sweet apple cider
- 1 ounce thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 2 ounces chilled non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
- Chill a coupe or martini glass. Pour the tablespoon of sweet apple cider into a shallow dish and place the cinnamon sugar in a second shallow dish. Dip the rim of the glass into the cider, let the excess drip off, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the chilled sweet apple cider, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into the prepared glass. Slowly top with the sparkling apple cider, then garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve right away.
