Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the parsley, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and garlic powder to a small bowl. Mix everything together until the crumbs are evenly moistened and seasoned.
- Pour the olive oil into a shallow baking dish, then smooth it across the base. Set the fish fillets in the dish and flip them so both sides get coated with oil.
- Scatter the breadcrumb mixture onto the fillets, pressing gently so the topping stays put.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the fish is done and the crumbs are golden brown. Serve right away.
