Berry Lemon Sparkler Mocktail
A bright berry and lemon sparkler with a lightly hoppy finish, inspired by a gin-and-ale cocktail but easy to mix alcohol-free.

Ingredients
- 6 fresh blueberries
- 2 fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 pitted sweet cherry
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce chilled strong brewed green tea
- 3 ounces chilled hop-flavored sparkling water
- Ice
- Mixed berries, for garnish
Directions
- Add the blueberries, strawberries, and cherry to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the fruit is juicy and broken down, but not completely pureed.
- Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, green tea, and a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe or small cocktail glass, pressing lightly on the fruit to capture the juice without pushing through too much pulp.
- Top with the hop-flavored sparkling water and stir once. Garnish with a small skewer of mixed berries and serve right away.
