Bloody Mary Mocktail
A savory tomato mocktail with lemon, horseradish, Worcestershire, and hot sauce for a brunch-worthy sip with plenty of bite.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces tomato juice, chilled
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle brine
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Ice
- Celery stalk, lemon wedge, or pickle spear, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, pickle brine, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing glass or jar.
- Fill the glass with ice, then gently pour the drink back and forth between two glasses a few times until cold. This chills the mocktail without making the tomato juice frothy.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with celery, a lemon wedge, or a pickle spear, and serve right away.
