Bok Choy with Ground Chicken Stir Fry
A fast bok choy and ground chicken stir-fry with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil for a savory weeknight skillet dinner.

Ingredients
- Garlic
- Water
- Soy sauce
- Onion
- Sesame oil
- Green onion
- Ground
- Cooking oil
- Ginger
- Chicken
Directions
Set a wok or large saute pan over high heat, then pour in the cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the ground chicken and cook, stirring, until it has browned but is not cooked all the way through. Turn the heat down to medium-high, add the green onion, ginger and garlic, and stir for 30 seconds, just until everything smells fragrant. Add the bok choy and water to the wok, then toss thoroughly so the bok choy gets coated with the oil, aromatics and chicken. Put the lid on the wok and cook for 2 minutes, until the bok choy is crisp-tender. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss everything together for 30 seconds. The baby bok choy stems should be just tender, not mushy. Serve right away.
