Fig and Cinnamon Punch Mocktail
A make-ahead citrus cranberry punch with fig syrup, warm cinnamon, and a sparkling finish.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces fresh figs, stemmed and chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups orange juice, chilled
- 2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
- Ice
- Orange slices, fresh fig halves, and cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
- Combine the water, sugar, chopped figs, and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, mashing the figs lightly with a spoon, until the syrup is fragrant and slightly rosy.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool for about 20 minutes. Strain it through a fine mesh sieve into a jar or measuring cup, then discard the solids and cinnamon stick.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together the orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and fig cinnamon syrup. Chill until cold, at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slices, fresh fig halves, and cinnamon sticks.
