Orange Margarita Mocktail
Fresh orange, lime, agave, and bubbles make a bright salted-rim mocktail with classic margarita energy.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/2 cup cold sparkling water
- 2 cups ice
- 2 orange slices, for garnish
- 2 lime wedges, for garnish
Directions
- Stir the kosher salt and orange zest together on a small plate. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rims into the orange salt.
- In a small pitcher, stir together the orange juice, lime juice, and agave until the agave dissolves. Taste and adjust with a little more lime or agave if needed.
- Fill the prepared glasses with ice. Divide the citrus mixture between the glasses, top with sparkling water, and stir gently.
- Garnish with orange slices and lime wedges, then serve right away while cold and bubbly.
