Ingredients
- 6 10-inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 30 pepperoni slices
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 2.25oz can sliced black olives
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 batch Thick & Rich Pizza Sauce
Directions
- Get everything ready first: slice the vegetables thinly, then drain the olives and mushrooms.
- To assemble each pizzadilla, portion out 1/3 cup of shredded cheese. Scatter half of it over one side of the tortilla, layer on the toppings, and finish with the remaining cheese. Fold the bare side of the tortilla over the filled side.
- Warm a skillet over medium heat, then add the pizzadilla. Cook it until the underside is browned and crisp, then gently turn it over and cook the other side the same way. When the tortilla is crisp on both sides and the cheese has melted inside, cut it into thirds with a pizza cutter. Dip each piece in pizza sauce before eating.
