1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup gluten free flour blend
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Line an 8x8" baking dish with 2 overlapping pieces of parchment paper, leaving at least a 3" overhang on 2 sides.
