Spicy Tortas De Milanesa
Of the many great torta fillings that can be used, one of my favorites is definitely the Milanesa, or a thin pork cutlet that is breaded and fried.
Ingredients
- Salt
- Lime juice
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Lime
- Juice
- Mayo
Directions
For the Chipotle Mayonnaise : In a medium-sized bowl, combine the minced chipotle chile, lime juice, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
