Spicy Dipping Sauce with Sriracha for Sweet Potato Fries or Roasted Vegetables
A creamy lime-Sriracha dip adds tangy heat to sweet potato fries, roasted cauliflower, broccoli, or any vegetable that needs a little spark.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 T fresh squeezed lime juice
- Sriracha sauce to taste
- Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries or Air Fryer Spicy Sweet Potato Fries for serving, or other roasted veggies as desired
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk the sour cream with the mayo until the mixture is completely even and lump-free.
- Add the Sriracha a little at a time, mixing after each addition and tasting until the heat is where you want it. About 1/2 tsp. is a good starting point, but use more if you want a spicier sauce.
- Once the spice level is right, pour in the fresh-squeezed lime juice and whisk until the sauce turns smooth.
- Serve the dip with Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries or Air Fryer Spicy Sweet Potato Fries. It would also pair nicely with other roasted vegetables, especially Roasted Cauliflower or Roasted Broccoli.
