Super Easy & Delicious Turkey Pot Pie {Recipe}
A creamy turkey and vegetable pie tucked into refrigerated crusts for an easy, cozy dinner with a golden, buttery top.

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 packages refrigerated pie crusts
Directions
- Heat the oven to 375°F.
- Open 1 pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie plate. Finish the edge however you like, then coat the crust with melted butter and add the onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper over the top. Put it aside for now.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the turkey, milk, cream of chicken soup, and frozen vegetables until everything is evenly combined. Spoon the filling into the crust you prepared.
- Lay the remaining pie crust over the filling and press the edges together so the pie is sealed. Make several cuts in the upper crust so steam can vent as it bakes. If you like, brush the top with the remaining melted butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling at the edges. Cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm.
