Whiskey Sour Slushy Mocktail

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Seedlip Spice 94
• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup simple syrup
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of kosher salt
• 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
• Orange slices, for garnish

Directions

1. Stir together the Seedlip Spice 94, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt in a pitcher or large measuring cup. Chill until very cold.
2. Add the chilled mixture and ice to a blender. Blend until thick and slushy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
3. Taste and adjust with a little more simple syrup for sweetness or lemon juice for extra brightness. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange slices.
