Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- Bourbon
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients, including the fudge packet from the mix, until well combined. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray, then spread the batter evenly into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick tested near the side of the pan comes out clean. Set the pan on a wire rack and let the brownies cool.
- Break the brownies into crumbs and transfer them to a food processor. Pour in the bourbon and pulse until the mixture gathers into a ball, about 30 seconds.
- Form the brownie mixture into 24 balls, using about 1 1/2 tablespoons for each one. Put the nuts in a shallow bowl, then roll each ball through them, pressing lightly so the coating sticks.
- Store the balls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
