Easy Brunswick Stew
A hearty slow cooker Brunswick stew with tomatoes, corn, lima beans and savory meat, built for deep flavor with almost no hands-on work.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 package frozen lima beans
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut away any excess from the roast, then slice it into 2-inch chunks. Add everything to a 6-quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Put the lid on and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours, until the potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork. Lift out the pork with a slotted spoon and pull it into shreds. Add the shredded pork back to the slow cooker, stir everything together well, and spoon the stew into bowls.
