Frozen Herbal Daiquiri Mocktail
A frosty lime mocktail with warm spice, minty tea, and a hint of cocoa bitterness for a Fernet-inspired finish.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons turbinado sugar
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 cup Seedlip Spice 94
- 1/2 cup strongly brewed peppermint tea, chilled
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 small pinch fine sea salt
- 2 cups ice
- Lime wheels and mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- Stir the turbinado sugar and hot water together until the sugar dissolves. Let the syrup cool to room temperature.
- Add the cooled syrup, Seedlip Spice 94, peppermint tea, lime juice, molasses, cocoa powder, and salt to a blender. Add the ice and blend until the drink is smooth and slushy.
- Taste before pouring. If it needs more brightness, add a small squeeze of lime and blend briefly. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lime wheels and mint sprigs.
