Rosewater and Lychee Mocktail
A fizzy lychee mocktail with rosewater and fresh lemon, balancing floral sweetness with bright citrus and a juicy lychee garnish.

Ingredients
- One 18-ounce can lychees in syrup
- Ice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rosewater
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 3 rose petals for garnish, optional
Directions
- Open the can of lychees and drain them, making sure you save the syrup. Set the fruit aside for garnish.
- Fill a cocktail shaker partway with ice, then pour in 1 cup of the lychee syrup, the lemon juice, and the rosewater. Shake everything together for 20 seconds.
- Divide the mixture between three cocktail glasses, then top each one with sparkling water. Drop a lychee into the bottom of each glass and finish with a rose petal.
