Spiked Lemonade Sweet Tea
A boozy blend of sweet tea, lemonade, mint and bourbon, served cold over ice for a bright, porch-ready pitcher drink.

Ingredients
- Sugar
- Water
- Lemon
- Cold water
- Fresh mint
- Bourbon
Directions
- In a 2-qt. saucepan, bring 3 cups water to a boil. Take the pan off the heat, add the tea bags, and stir in the fresh mint. Cover the pan and let everything steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove and discard the tea bags and mint. Add the sugar and stir until it has fully dissolved. Transfer the tea to a 3-qt. container, then mix in 4 cups cold water and the lemonade concentrate. Right before serving, stir in the bourbon or spiced dark rum. Pour over ice and garnish, if desired.
