Toffee Apple Dip
A creamy brown sugar and toffee dip for apple slices, with a fluffy tang and crunchy candy bits in every scoop.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 package toffee bits
Directions
Add the cream cheese and brown sugar to a mixing bowl, then beat with an electric hand mixer until the mixture is light, smooth, and fluffy, about 1 minute. Set aside 1 Tbsp toffee bits, and gently stir the rest into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and scatter the reserved 1 Tbsp toffee bits over the top. Serve with apple slices. This is best the day you make it. Keep any extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
