Ingredients
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Pepper
- Onion
- Ground beef
- Ground
- Cooking oil
- Onions
Directions
- Stir the Sauce ingredients together in a bowl and put them aside. Set a wok or large sauté pan over medium heat and pour in the cooking oil.
- As soon as the oil begins to heat, add the garlic, onions and chili peppers. Cook, stirring, until they smell aromatic, about 30 seconds.
- Add the ground beef and stir-fry it for 1 minute, until it has browned.
- Add the frozen vegetables and baby corn, then toss everything together well. Pour in the sauce and adjust the heat to medium. Let the sauce come up to a simmer.
- Simmer for another 30 seconds, just until the sauce tightens and thickens. Taste, then adjust the seasoning with a little more soy sauce if needed. Spoon over noodles or rice.
