Low Carb Cauliflower Deep Dish Pizza
A cheesy cauliflower deep dish bake with tomato, basil, and a golden almond flour crust for a hearty low-carb pizza-style dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions
- Set the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Break the cauliflower into florets, then add them to a food processor. Pulse until the pieces are small and rice-like.
- Transfer the chopped cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it for 5 minutes, pausing midway to stir, then let it cool a bit before moving it into a large bowl.
- Stir the cauliflower together with a tomato base, both cheeses, fresh basil, dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is evenly combined.
- Coat an 8-inch round baking dish with olive oil. Spoon in the cauliflower mixture and smooth it into an even layer. Scatter 1/4 cup of almond flour across the surface, then gently press it down with your hands or a spoon so it forms a crust. Pour the remaining olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is cooked when checked with a knife or toothpick. Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into wedges and serve warm.
