Yellow Tomato Bloody Mary Mocktail
A sunny, savory tomato mocktail with lemon, celery salt, oregano, and a little serrano heat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped ripe yellow tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon finely minced shallot
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed between your fingers
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon finely minced serrano, seeded if desired
- 1/4 cup chilled sparkling water
- Ice
- Cucumber slices, green olives, or small feta cubes, for garnish
Directions
- Blend the yellow tomatoes until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a silkier drink. You should have about 1 cup of tomato juice.
- Stir the tomato juice, lemon juice, champagne vinegar, shallot, horseradish, celery salt, oregano, black pepper, and serrano in a small pitcher or jar. Chill for at least 10 minutes so the flavors can settle.
- Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with cucumber slices, olives, or feta cubes on small picks. Taste and add a little more lemon juice or celery salt if needed.
